01

Before we start

Which service does my business need?

We start with your goal and the point where customers get stuck: finding you, understanding your offer, buying or getting in touch. We explain which changes should come first and why.

How much does a project cost?

Each proposal is tailored to your needs. A store with 20 products and one with 300 require different work. After a short introduction, you receive a written proposal within 2–3 working days, including deliverables, schedule and total cost. Hosting, domain and advertising spend are listed separately.

I have a much cheaper quote. What should I compare?

Compare content, pages or products, features, mobile experience, measurement, training and support. Check who owns the accounts and what costs extra.

I sell services, not products. Can you help?

Yes. Your goal may be a qualified enquiry, a call or an appointment. We design the website and campaign around that journey.

What should I prepare for our first conversation?

Bring your website and social links, a brief description of your offer and the goal you want to work towards. Previous results and campaigns help us understand your starting point.

02

Websites and online stores

Can my existing website be improved instead of replaced?

We review what works, where visitors struggle and what your current system supports. Focused changes may be enough. If a rebuild is needed, we explain why.

How is a landing page different from a website?

A website introduces the whole business. A landing page focuses on one offer and one action, such as an enquiry or appointment.

What content will you need from me?

Business information, your logo, product or service details and available photographs. We agree who supplies each item and how approval works.

Will I be able to manage my store?

Yes. We include one-to-one training so you understand products, stock, pricing and orders. Support is described in your proposal.

Will existing links be preserved during a redesign?

We identify important pages and plan redirects where addresses change. Forms, integrations and measurement are checked as part of the transition.

How long does a website take?

A store with up to 30 products usually takes 4–6 weeks. A business website usually takes 3–4 weeks. The written proposal sets out milestones and dates. Content and approval delays can affect the schedule.

03

Advertising and growth

How much advertising budget do I need?

We recommend an initial 4–6 week testing period with a budget agreed around your sale value and goals. Advertising spend is paid directly to Meta or Google and is separate from management fees.

Should I choose Meta Ads or Google Ads?

Google can reach people already searching for a solution. Facebook and Instagram can introduce your offer to relevant audiences. The right combination depends on your offer, demand and customer journey.

Why do I get clicks but few sales or enquiries?

We review the full journey: audience, promise, landing page and the action requested. A mismatch, unclear offer or difficult checkout can limit results.

When will I see results?

Initial advertising signals usually appear within 2–3 weeks, with a more stable picture in 2–3 months. We agree what to measure and when to review. We do not promise a specific sales volume.

How is a lead campaign different from a funnel?

The campaign attracts interested people. The funnel connects the page, form, useful information and follow-up after their first enquiry.

Do I need both social media and email marketing?

They serve different stages of the relationship. Social media introduces your work; email continues communication with people who opted in. We prioritise the tools that fit your goals and resources.

04

Working together

Who will I speak to?

Michaella Savva is your direct contact for the plan and progress of the project. We agree communication, approvals and meetings at the start.

Will I know where my money goes?

We agree the activities and measurements that matter, then discuss spend, recorded outcomes and the reasons for proposed changes.

Do I approve content before publication?

Yes. Social content is prepared for review before publication. Deliverables and feedback timelines are agreed in advance.

Who owns the website and advertising accounts?

Business accounts are organised with appropriate collaborator access. Domain, hosting and account ownership are clarified in the proposal and handover.

What happens after delivery?

Every online store includes one-to-one training and 30 days of free support. Afterwards you can manage it yourself or continue with ongoing management and advertising, under the terms we agree.
